About Me

Kristian is an engineer with more than 20 years of experience within various fields of construction, interior design and concept creation. His background offers numerous qualities when it comes to executing projects in a structured, disciplined and timely manner. Kristian has been in the Middle East since 2004.

+20 years of experience by project & operational management with focus on development and optimization of prefabricated modular based construction of commercial & residential buildings. Design & build of 7 greenfield factories, largest plant 300,000m2 & investment budget of $200M. Multiple housing projects of units +1000.

• Greenfield Projects
Have multiple experience with development of greenfield projects. From idea to conceptual design, development of construction drawings & specs, to execution & realization of the project. Key objective always to have defined prior to start 4 keys: Scope of works, deliverables, time & cost.

• Project Management
Enjoy negotiations and I have great understanding of the general task at hand but at the same time not forgetting the details. Big knowledge of "Project Management" and able to see the issues from the side of client / multiple stakeholders enabling me to find solutions beneficial to all parties.

• Performance management
By a hands-on approach I take on project management of own & external people and herewith having constant focus of achieving set objectives. Using of KPI’s is a normal and positive task of doing same and is always defined & reached in cooperation with operational manpower.

• Interact successfully
I lead the implementation of the project by communicating openly and honestly. Initiate and set goals for programs according to the strategic objectives of the organization / project. Plan the programs from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones and processes.
